A commissioned Notary Public, Hope has extensive experience supporting investment operations, processing RIA checks, managing daily operational responsibilities, and coordinating special projects that contribute to the firm's efficiency and success.
In August 2026, Hope joined Fortis Investment Services, Inc. as a Client Associate, continuing the trusted relationships she has built with clients over the years. In addition to her client service role, she serves as a Project Manager, helping coordinate internal initiatives and ensuring advisors and clients receive timely, efficient support. Hope plays an integral role in guiding clients through the account opening and onboarding process, helping to ensure all documentation and requirements are completed accurately and seamlessly. She also provides ongoing support to advisors and clients, helping deliver the personalized service and attention that clients have come to know and appreciate.
