Sherry brings 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, along with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building lasting relationships. Her professional background includes roles in the legal field as a secretary/paralegal and business manager before transitioning to financial services in 2006.
Prior to joining Fortis Investment Services as a Senior Client Associate in 2026, Sherry spent more than 18 years as Office Manager at Commonwealth Financial Group and later joined BAR Financial in 2024, where she further expanded her industry knowledge and experience. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in client service, operations, and practice management.
In her current role, Sherry serves as a key resource for both clients and the advisory team. She manages a wide range of client service and operational responsibilities, including account administration, meeting coordination, report preparation, compliance support, and ongoing client communications. Known for her attention to detail, responsiveness, and personalized approach, she works diligently to ensure clients receive timely, knowledgeable support and a positive service experience.
Sherry believes that strong personal connections are the foundation of exceptional client service and takes pride in understanding each client's unique needs. Her dedication to helping others and commitment to excellence make her a valued member of the Fortis Investment Services team.
Outside of work, Sherry enjoys spending time with her husband and their three grown children, who live in PA, MD, and Italy. She is actively involved in community outreach, supporting local food drives and fundraising efforts for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, gardening and traveling.
